Ocean Conservancy’s International Coastal Cleanup is the world’s largest volunteer event of its kind. Last year, 378,000 volunteers in 76 countries removed six million pounds of trash. And on September 20th we’ll do it again.

In 2007, nearly 6,000 people cleaned up 150 tons of trash from waterways in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. But that was only the beginning. Join us September 20th in the fight for healthy, thriving waters. Help us start a Sea Change by registering for a cleanup in your area:
